If requested, we can also provide case studies to assess the extent to which trainees have understood and taken on board the training;

Assisting with applications for authorisation, helping you to understand the key issues relating to your application and how to address them in a manner that will satisfy your regulator. We have also advised on firm mergers;

From risk assessing your proposal to outsource, through identifying an outsourcing partner and developing your requirements to monitoring your service provider’s effectiveness, we work alongside you to get the outcomes you want whilst managing your regulatory risk;

We recognise the challenges associated with being a compliance officer in the financial services and legal sectors and provide mentoring services to compliance officers in addition to advisory services;

We can work with you to resolve regulatory problems, including advising on your relationship with the regulator, identifying the root cause of issues, and advising on/assisting with remedial action required at the individual matter level and in relation to your systems and controls, policies and procedures.
